Day 1: Canggu. Land in beautiful Bali and feel that warm blast of tropical air as you get off the plane. We’ll be waiting to meet you at the airport and take you to our hotel in Canggu. Cool off after your long flight in the pool, or head straight to the beach for a cocktail on the sands.
Day 2: Temples, culture & beach clubs. Dive straight into Bali’s culture today with a visit to some of its most famous temples, a Bahasa language lesson, and a Canang Sari making session. Round off the day with drinks in one of Canggu’s buzzing beach clubs.
Day 3: Surf lesson. Bali is one of the world’s great surf destinations. Make like the locals and hit the waves with a surf lesson before another night in the beach bars.
Day 4: Canggu to Lovina. We’re headed north today to the tranquil coastal area of Lovina. We’ll be staying in an epic private villa set in the mountains. Jump straight into the sparkling infinity pool, hit the spa for a spot of pampering, or kick back with a beer at the bar.
Day 5: Dolphin cruise. Tuck into a delicious breakfast on the beach before hopping on a traditional Balinese outrigger and heading out in search of wild dolphins! Then immerse yourself in local life with a visit to a family home, where you’ll learn the art of basket weaving and coffee production.
Day 6: Lovina to Gili Trawangan. We’re taking a ferry to Gili Trawangan today (AKA paradise)! Kick off your shoes and spend the afternoon enjoying the island’s top-class beach life before freshening up ready for a night out.
Day 7: Gili Trawangan bike tour. The best way of exploring car-free Gili Trawangan is by bike, so we’ll take a pedal powered island tour today. We’ll cruise between beautiful beaches, stopping to swim, sip on smoothies, and see the most incredible sunset of your life.
Day 8: Snorkelling trip. Explore all three Gili Islands by boat today, snorkelling with thousands of colourful tropical fish, soaking up the sun on deck, and jumping into the ocean - keep your eyes peeled for turtles! Then it’s back to Gili Trawangan for another night of dancing with our toes in the sand.
Day 9: Gili Trawangan to Lombok. Take a boat to the spectacular island of Lombok today. We’ll kick off our stay with a visit to some waterfalls before heading to our mountain guesthouse. Refresh yourself after your journey with a swim and a beer or two.
Day 10: Kuta Lombok. Travel from North to South Lombok with stops on the way at some traditional villages, rice terraces, and jaw-dropping viewpoints. We’ll spend the next two nights in a stylish hotel close to Kuta beach. Switch between the hot tub and the pool all afternoon.
Day 11: Kuta Lombok beach day. Spend the morning chilling on the sands or exploring the local area before we take you on a mini tour of our fave beaches. Round up with a visit to one of the most incredible sunset viewing spots on the island.
Day 12: Lombok to Ubud. Take the ferry back to Bali today before transferring to spiritual, artsy Ubud. Drop your bags at our lovely guesthouse, and either take a swim in the outdoor pool, or head out to explore Ubud’s art galleries, temples, and vegan cafés.
Day 13: Monkey Forest. Our destination today is Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest. Watch the Balinese macaques swinging between the banyan trees and wander through the ancient temple ruins before heading back to Ubud.
Day 14: Sunrise volcano trek. We’re up early today but it’s worth it as we head out on a volcano trek, reaching the summit in time for a sunrise breakfast. Arrive back at the guesthouse mid-morning and enjoy a rejuvenating massage to soothe your tired muscles after the trek.
Day 15: Flores or trip end. If you’re on the 15-day trip, your adventure ends today. If you’re on the 19-day trip, we’re taking the short flight to the island of Flores, the jump-off point for the unforgettable Komodo Islands. We’ll spend tonight in Labuan Bajo, in a stylish hotel with beachfront pools.
Day 16: Liveaboard Komodo cruise. Board our traditional Phinisi style boat for a 3-day cruise through the Komodo islands. We’ll stop at a viewpoint and an epic snorkelling spot before watching thousands of bats take to the skies as the sun sets. Spend the evening chatting with your group under the stars.
Day 17: Pink beaches & mantas. Our first stop today is an enchanting rose-coloured beach. Snap some envy-inducing selfies before an unforgettable manta ray snorkelling experience. Then get as close as you can to living dinosaurs as we meet the famous Komodo dragons.
Day 18: Back to Flores. Sail back to the mainland after our amazing 3-day cruise through the Komodos. It’s back to our Labuan Bajo beachfront hotel this afternoon so you’ll have some more time soaking up the sun on the golden sands before one last night out with your mates.
Day 19: Trip end. It’s time to say our goodbyes and head home. See you again next time!
