Your trip starts in Thailand's capital city, Bangkok! Once you've landed at the airport, a transfer will be waiting to take you to our first accommodation. Meet the group for the first time this evening and go out for a group dinner.

Immerse yourself in Bangkok's timeless charm on a canal tour and be guided along the winding city rivers for the best views of enchanting temples like Wat Arun and Wat Paknam, plus the more local side of Bangkok. Enjoy a free afternoon, which you could use to explore the Old Town or visit the Grand Palace. Then take a tuk-tuk tour around the city at night and enjoy an included group dinner at a rooftop restaurant!

Now that you've had some time to get settled in, today's a free day for travellers to explore Bangkok at their leisure. You could do some cultural sightseeing or visit Bangkok's grand palace and famous temples. Don't miss out on Khao San Road tonight, as it's where you'll find some of Asia's greatest nightlife with options for every type of traveller!

This morning, we will check out of our hostel and transfer to the bus station. Cambodia is our second Southeast Asian country and is famed for its heavenly sunsets, white sand beaches and the awe-inspiring Angkor Wat. We'll go for a group dinner tonight by Pub Street, where travellers can go bar-hopping and partying!

There's nothing quite like seeing one of the world's ancient wonders at sunrise. Start your morning admiring this magnificent temple and its lotus-shaped towers as the sky transforms into enchanting shades of pink. Learn more about the history of Angkor Wat with a guide, before taking a free day and heading back to Pub Street for a night out or attending the extraordinary Phare Circus which raises money for a fantastic cause!

Enjoy a free day in Siem Reap. Whether you want to hire an e-bike and explore the city, head back to Angkor Wat for more temple discovery or treat yourself to an optional spa session, the choice is yours! Tonight, we'll take a flatbed sleeper bus to reach the Cambodian coast.

Once we've arrived in Sihanoukville, we'll transfer to the stunning island of Koh Rong Sanloem. Visit the M'Pai Bay Conservation Fund to see how they're helping coral life grow, before a free afternoon of kayaking and snorkelling in the crystal-clear ocean. Then we'll finish the day with drinks at a cliffside resort bar, just in time for the sunset!

Chill out on the beach or opt to go scuba diving, before we go for a jungle trek this afternoon. Take a boat trip around the island for some snorkelling and boat jumping, before returning to shore to go swimming with bright blue bioluminescent plankton fish. They shine like stars in the sea!

Take your time on the beaches this morning; later today, we'll leave for Cambodia's fascinating capital, Phnom Penh. When we arrive, enjoy a free evening or join an optional sunset cruise along the Tonle River with unlimited beer and soft drinks onboard.

Today's included activity provides insight into Cambodia's tragic past while visiting this resilient country. You will be joined by a local, onsite guide who will explain who the Khmer Rouge were and what happened here in more depth. Tonight, travellers can come along to the night markets and join an optional food tour.

It's time for our next country in Southeast Asia: Vietnam! We should arrive in Ho Chi Minh City for the early evening, so start discovering the sensational night markets, hole-in-the-wall restaurants and arguably the best nightlife in all of Vietnam!

Enjoy a free morning in Ho Chi Minh City, or join an optional excursion to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Later today we will visit the War Remnants Museum, which is an extraordinary and moving documentation of the Vietnam War. Tonight, travellers can explore Ho Chi Minh City's exhilarating ambience at their own pace.

Not far away from Ho Chi Minh City is a completely different side to Vietnam. Journey through the breathtaking countryside and cycle through rural villages to witness everyday life. Gaze up at the sunset from Co Chien River this evening with a steamy cup of Vietnamese tea, before enjoying a traditional dinner at our homestay.

Pass by the centuries-old tradition of floating markets and interact with the local people who make the Mekong Delta such a meaningful place to explore. Return to Ho Chi Minh City in time for dinner and an unforgettable evening as it's our last night here - so let's make it count!

After a short flight and drive, we'll reach the enchanting city of Hoi An for the early evening. From the saffron-yellow architecture to the tiny, lantern-lit alleyways and grand river canals, Hoi An is a real-life fairytale. Freely explore its incredible food spots and bars along the riverside streets.

From the gorgeous beaches dotted along Hoi An's coast to an immersive coconut forest where travellers can glide along the river in an authentic basket boat, today's the perfect chance to unwind with a nature escape. Take a walking tour with your guide this evening around Hoi An's mesmerising Ancient Town.

This morning, there will be an optional lantern-making class where travellers have the chance to create their own souvenirs. Whether you want to stay in the vibrant heart of Hoi An or hit the beach and eat some fresh seafood, the choice is yours! Tonight, travellers can come along to an optional evening of karaoke to end the time in Hoi An on an unforgettable high!

Our next Vietnamese city is the lively capital of Hanoi. Equal parts ancient and modern, Hanoi offers a little bit of everything to travellers: a sensational Old Quarter, appetising street food, cultural activities and of course, nightlife! Discover Hanoi for yourself tonight, or attend the traditional Water Puppet Show which brings rural stories to life through performance (must be booked in advance).

Discover heaven on earth with our scenic boat trip around Ha Long Bay today, passing by hundreds of jungle-clad mini islands. Lunch and dinner are included onboard, so our only plan for today is swimming around in the turquoise waters and soaking in the mind-blowing beauty of Ha Long Bay.

Go kayaking this morning and discover all of Ha Long Bay's hidden treasures, from secret beaches to limestone caves. After lunch, we'll leave for Hanoi and arrive in the early evening. Why not explore the city's highlight attractions like Train Street, before joining an optional bar crawl through Hanoi's bustling streets!

This morning, we'll walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, which is like a green oasis in the heart of Hanoi. From here, travellers can explore Hanoi at their leisure. Tonight, we'll take a comfortable sleeper bus from Hanoi to Ha Giang City.

Relax in Ha Giang City for a few hours this morning, before our epic journey begins. Over the next three days, we'll ride (by jeep) one of the greatest roads on earth and discover the depths of Northern Vietnam's awe-inspiring countryside. Today we'll go through the Bac Sum Pass, Heaven's Gate and the Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark.

Known as the "King" of Vietnam's mountain passes, nothing can prepare for just how striking the Ma Pi Leng Pass is. The cliffs reach a sky-high altitude of 2000m, with branches of the Nhoe Que River and winding roads intertwined seamlessly into the high valleys. Feel at the top of the world while hiking the Sky Path, and come back down to earth at our cosy homestay in a stunning village that belongs in a movie.

For the last day of our Vietnam road trip, we'll go for a swim in a beautiful waterfall, visit a Hmong village, discover the Nui Doi mountain passes and return to familiar territory with Sky Gate, Bac Sum Pass and lastly Ha Giang City. Then we'll board a private limousine van back to Hanoi.

After a free morning in Hanoi, it's time to say goodbye to Vietnam and hello to our next Southeast Asian country, Laos! When we arrive in Vientiane, Laos' capital, travellers are encouraged to come along to the COPE Visitor Centre to learn about Laos' unique history. Have a free evening inside this underrated city!

Today we'll explore one of Laos' best natural attractions, Blue Lagoon 2. This hidden gem is the perfect location for a lazy afternoon of swimming, soaking up the sunshine and just chilling out. This evening, we'll explore the incredible town of Vang Vieng, famed as a backpacker's paradise!

Ready to find out why they call Vang Vieng the "adventure capital" of Laos? There are so many optional activities that you can do today, from cycling up Vang Vieng's dramatic mountain range to rock climbing across its impressive cliffs. Travellers can also go tubing down the river: it's a Vang Vieng rite of passage!

Discover the breathtaking Kuang Si Falls, a tiered waterfall famed for its vibrant aqua water. You'll have hours to cool off in the water and explore the surrounding jungle, before coming back to Luang Prabang for the evening.

This morning, travellers can attend the centuries-old Alms Ceremony, where monks have received local offerings everyday at dawn. Then we'll visit Big Brother Mouse, a Laos-owned charity that teaches local children English through casual conversation. Travellers can do an optional cooking class or full-day village and Pak Ou Caves excursion instead on this day.

Today we fly back into Thailand, and this time, we're heading north. More secluded than Bangkok, part of what makes Chiang Mai unique is how you can go cultural sightseeing and partying one day, and visit an elephant sanctuary in the countryside the next.

It's the local people who make Chiang Mai's countryside feel so magical, so to fully immerse you in the culture, our next night will be at a homestay. After a filling lunch prepped by our welcoming hosts, we'll wander through the beautiful jungle before strolling through the villages for a glimpse of everyday life.

Watch elephants roam freely in the heart of Chiang Mai's countryside. Observe the four resident elephants in this peaceful sanctuary on our elephant walk today. Tonight travellers can take an optional cooking class or attend a Muay Thai show.

This morning, we'll visit the steamy geysers of Mae Khachan Hot Springs on our route to Chiang Rai. Discover the awe-inspiring Blue and White Temples of Chiang Rai, before exploring the fairytale-like Singha Park.

Today we will discover a unique region in Thailand with raw natural beauty and a compelling history. Take a scenic boat ride along the Mekong River and visit Wat Saeng Kaeo Phothiyan, the most extravagant Buddhist temple that you've ever seen!

Explore Chiang Mai at your own pace today. Optional activities include trekking through the surrounding countryside, whitewater rafting or both! Tonight we'll explore Chiang Mai's legendary night market.

Our beach break starts today! After landing in Krabi and transferring to the Ao Nang neighbourhood, you'll have all evening to explore the stretches of sand and vibrant nightlife. Explore the gorgeous Ao Nang Beach or check out its night market for amazing Tom Yum, Thai banana pancakes and more!

After a free morning in Krabi, we'll take a ferry to Koh Phi Phi. The nightlife is truly on the next level, from fire shows to beach parties and an endless selection of bars and clubs. In the daytime, Phi Phi is just as gorgeous to explore - especially its beaches and amazing island viewpoints.

Discover the island highlights on speedboat. From gorgeous lagoons like Maya Bay and Pi Leh Bay, to Viking Cave and Shark Point, there's just so much to see!

Travel to Phuket, Thailand's largest island, this afternoon. As this will be the last night for some of you, there will be an optional farewell dinner. Explore Phuket's famous Old Town, or if you're after an epic night out, then Patong is calling your name!

If you're booked onto the 40-day experience, your adventure ends today in Phuket and you can leave at any time. For those taking the 47-day trip, today we'll head to our fifth Southeast Asian country: Malaysia. And first up, it's the capital city of Kuala Lumpur!

Today we'll visit the magnificent Batu Caves: famed for its gigantic golden Murugan statue, and its rainbow steps just behind that climb into the cliffs. Then discover Kuala Lumpur's top city highlights this afternoon on a walking tour!

Cool air, emerald scenery and hot cups of tea: it doesn't take long for travellers to fall in love with the Cameron Highlands! Discover the astonishing nature up close today as we visit a tea plantation, strawberry farm and more.

Experience an ethereal rainforest today on a jeep drive and gentle hike. Visit another tea plantation and encounter more hidden gems in the Cameron Highlands today, including unique indoor flower parks.

Journey back to Kuala Lumpur today. Discover the city's most photogenic alleyway, Kwai Zai Lane - featuring detailed murals and traditional lanterns. Join an optional walking food tour around the city to experience Malaysia's sensational melting pot cuisine, followed by a fun evening out in the city!

Malacca is easily Malaysia's best-kept secret! Filled with brightly painted buildings like a rainbow, exploring this destination off the tourist trail is just delightful. Discover its vibrant Old Town and join an optional cruise at sunset.

Our adventure around Southeast Asia isn't over just yet; we still have one more country to explore! Singapore is a tiny destination and it packs a punch. Take a scenic bike tour around the glamorous city and have a farewell dinner at the famous hawker centre, Lau Pa Sat.

After an incredible time exploring Southeast Asia together, our epic adventure is at an end today. You can leave at any time today.
