Day 1: Los Angeles
Ah LA. City of sunshine, glamour and golden sands. Spot your favourite stars on the Walk of Fame, cruise Sunset Strip and Melrose Avenue, marvel at billionaire row in Beverley Hills, hit Santa Monica pier and do some people-watching on Venice Beach. After dark, hit the bars and clubs - LA parties hard!
Day 2: Los Angeles
Today's a no-brainer for theme park lovers - Universal Studios or Disneyland! Or stay in the city and grab some lunch from Grand Central Market, take a tour of the Arts District, ride Santa Monica Ferris Wheel or take an optional food tour downtown. After dark, hit some of the swanky roof-top bars.
Day 3: Los Angeles to Las Vegas
Travel through the Mojave Desert to the whirlwind of neon lights, glitter and debauchery that is Vegas. Take an evening tour of the Strip, stop for pics at the Vegas sign, then see the dazzling light and laser show on Fremont Street, before partying all night long.
Day 4: Las Vegas
Free day today to shake off the night before, so why not take a gondola ride in the Venetian then visit Excalibur, play the blackjack tables, ride the High Roller, and hang with Elvis? Get ready for another big night with a party bus for you and your buddies - remember, what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!
Day 5: Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon (via Route 66)
Get your kicks on the legendary Route 66 today. Stop in historic Seligman for kitsch souvenirs, vintage motels and retro diners. Then get ready to have your mind blown. Destination: Grand Canyon!
Day 6: The Grand Canyon
Spectacular, majestic, spine-tingling. Words can't do the Grand Canyon justice; you have to see it to understand. Hike the southern rim, go jeep riding, or take an unforgettable helicopter ride. This evening watch the sun set over the rugged landscape - amazing.
Day 7: Grand Canyon to Durango (via Monument Valley)
You are now entering the Wild West! Visit a Native American reservation to learn about the Navajos, see the striped rocks of the Painted Desert and spend a night in the historic mining town of Durango, drinking in the Victorian saloons.
Day 8: Durango to Santa Fe
White-water rafting this morning anybody? That's a way to wake up! Then head for the blue skies and sun-baked buildings of Santa Fe. Check out the art galleries, shop for turquoise jewellery from local artisans, and visit Meow Wolf - a psychedelic art 'experience'.
Day 9: Santa Fe to Amarillo
Is this the way to Amarillo? See some vintage Americana today with a visit to the Cadillac ranch, and take a hot air balloon flight over the city. Tonight, it's you versus food at the Big Texan Steak Challenge - get your eating trousers on!
Day 10: Amarillo to Dallas / Fort Worth
Sleep off the steak before heading to the cowboy town of Fort Worth. If you're still hungry there's a BBQ feast on offer, before a big Texan night out with the locals - yee-ha!
Day 11: Dallas / Fort Worth
Saddle up cowboys (and girls)! Opt to visit the 6th floor museum to learn about the assassination of JFK, try some craft beers on the Ale Trail and pick up some Dallas souvenirs at Justin's Boots. This evening grab your Stetson- we're off to the world's largest honky-tonk!
Day 12: Trip end
It's time to say goodbye after an epic 12 days exploring the USA.
Day 1: Los Angeles

Today we'll visit Little Rock High School, before continuing on to music lovers' Mecca, Memphis. Kick off with a city tour, including Beale Street, the home of blues.
Day 13: Memphis
Today's all about the music - the beating heart of Memphis. Visit Sun Studios, where Elvis recorded his first song, see Graceland, or check out the Rock and Soul museum. Head out tonight for some pulled pork, drinks in a microbrewery and some more live music.
Day 14: Memphis to New Orleans
Non-stop jazz, Creole cuisine, voodoo, and a festival for every day of the week, New Orleans is a bewitching place. Take a tour of the French Quarter, with its iconic wrought-iron balconies. This evening, we're off to Bourbon Street, where the party never stops.
Day 15: New Orleans
Today's yours. Take a steamboat cruise, visit Lafayette Cemetery, pick up some po-boys or take an airboat into the swamps (look out for 'gators!) This evening hit the New Orleans School of Cooking for a demo and dinner, or follow the sound of jazz to the bars.
Day 16: New Orleans to Panama City Beach
White sands, turquoise waters and colourful reefs - PCB is the beach resort of dreams. Soak up the sun, take a dip, or play some beach volleyball with your buddies. Then wash the salt out of your hair and hit the bars.
Day 17: Panama City Beach to Orlando
Pack your bikinis away and prepare for some serious adrenaline rushes - we're off to theme park central!
Day 18: Orlando
OMG it's Universal Studios! Visit Diagon Alley, get wet and wild in the huge water park, meet a t-rex in Jurassic Park, take the ET Adventure Ride and see Shrek in 4D. It's a dizzying mega-mix of rides, film and entertainment that you'll never forget (entry payable locally).
Day 19: Orlando to Miami
It's our last stop today and it's a good one - welcome to Miami. Tuck into some lip-smacking Cuban cuisine, take a tour of some of the pastel-coloured art deco hotels and get your kicks on a Thriller speedboat ride. When the sun goes down, the party starts.
Day 20: Miami
Bayside Marketplace, Wynwood Halls and South Beach are waiting for you today. There's also a bike tour of South Beach, a party boat adventure, kayaking and a salsa lesson on offer. This evening get your face glitter on - it's your last night, so make it count!
Day 21: Trip end
All good things come to an end, so pack your bags, say your goodbyes, and start planning the next trip!

Arrive in Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and make your way to your starting hotel.
There are activities planned for day 1 in the morning, so you will need to arrive the day before or earlier. We can book pre-trip accommodation for you (at an additional cost). Speak to your travel advisor for more information.
The trip ends on day 12 in Dallas if you’ve taken the 12 day option, and day 21 in Miami if you’ve taken the 21 day option.

Meals
8 breakfasts and 5 dinners are included on the 12 day trip, and 17 breakfasts and 7 dinners on the 21 day trip. You’ll have to buy the rest of your meals yourself. This is a great opportunity to sample some of the local cuisine.
You’ll need to be a minimum of 18 years old to participate in this trip. This trip is designed for 18-35 year olds.
British passport holders can enter the USA for up to 90 days without a visa. You’ll need to apply online for an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) though. Your passport should be valid for the proposed duration of your stay.
If you’re under 21, you won’t be able to enter bars, clubs or other establishments where alcohol is served. It’s recommended that even if you are over 21, you always carry a valid form of ID.
