Start your day watching the sunrise over majestic Uluru - we're getting tingles just thinking about it! Then head into the heart of the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park with an exciting hike to the Walpa Gorge and Valley of the Winds. This afternoon, take your day from a ten to an eleven with an optional Segway tour.

We'll tank up this morning with a big BBQ brekkie at King's Creek Station, before hitting King's Canyon for a tour through some of the most spectacular scenery you've ever seen, including the 'Stairway to Heaven' and the aptly named Garden of Eden. Round off with a glass of bubbles as the sunset turns the Outback's most famous sight every shade of red and orange.

You'll have the chance to take an optional camel ride over the dunes this morning, before sharing a final breakfast with the gang. Then your incredible Outback adventure has come to an end and it's time to make your way back to the airport, or to continue your travels. See you soon!

Fly into Ayers Rock/Connellan Airport (AYQ). We’ve got a full programme of activities for day 1, starting at midday, so we’d recommend arriving the day before or earlier and booking extra accommodation (any additional nights of accommodation are at an extra cost).

It might be in the middle of nowhere, but Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park is pretty easy to get to. You can fly directly to Ayers Rock/Connellan Airport directly from a number of Australian cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Darwin, Adelaide and Alice Springs). Transfers aren’t included on this trip, but a taxi is easy to organise (ask your travel advisor for more information). The journey time is around ten minutes, depending on traffic.

The trip ends on day 4 after breakfast. You’ll need to arrange return airport transfers to Ayers Rock Airport as well, but your tour guide can help with this. Please make sure you allow plenty of time for transfers, to mitigate for possible delays.

3 nights’ accommodation are included on this trip. We’ll stay in a cosy lodge in the Yulara township in quad-share rooms.

Meals

3 breakfasts and 1 dinner are included on this trip. You’ll have to buy all other meals yourself. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements.
